Sunnie Bell
Moved by people with health problems related to being overweight, Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator Sunnie Bell developed a method to meet the challenge of controlling weight. Success of those who learned to use her Marble Method in Sunnie's classes led her to put the material into her new book, "Weight Loss: How To Use The Marble Method." Whether seriously obese or just trying to get control over a more moderate weight challenge, the nutritional, physical activity, and guilt-free behavior improvements provided through The Marble Method are helpful and healthful to all including those with diabetes and other health conditions such as high blood pressure, cholesterol problems, and mobility issues due to weight-related joint problems. Described as a writer with an upbeat and easy-to-understand conversational style, Sunnie is able to convey knowledge and advice to the average person, including those of all ages and reading skills. A special handbook for children in need of weight improvement is also available. Sunnie was recognized as The National Diabetes Educator of The Year in 1995 and has continued with her efforts to assist people toward better health.
